5. Cancellations & Scheduling

6. Site Preperation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and accessible prior to our arrival.

This includes removing:

  • Children’s toys
  • Pet toys
  • Animal faeces
  • Any other loose items or obstructions

If the area is not adequately cleared:

  • We may proceed at our discretion, and are not liable for damage to items left in the work area, or
  • Additional time may be charged, or
  • The service may be rescheduled

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or hidden hazards within the work area.

7. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or obstacles on site.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in performing our services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
